The accommodation is in a quiet area of the city, not far from green areas such as: Fausto and Iaio Gardens (140 m walk), Piazza Aspromonte (650 m), Trotter Park (800 m) and Piazza Leonardo da Vinci (20 min to feet), given the proximity of the apartment to CIttà Studi (13 min). The 170 sq m apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift. The internal space is organized as follows: \- KITCHEN with gas stove, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, moka pot, electric kettle and kitchen utensils; \- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, sofa, dining area and TV; \- BEDROOM 1 with double bed and wardrobe; \- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds; \- BATHROOM 1 (inside bedroom 1) with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle; \- BATHROOM 2 with toilet, bidet and bathtub; \- Hallway with wardrobe; \- LAUNDRY with washer and dryer; \- BALCONIES not suitable for children due to the height of the railing (1.20 m) Additional services available to guests: underfloor central heating, air conditioning with ceiling vents in each room, unlimited WiFi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
