The apartment is surrounded by arcades with supermarket, hairdresser, beautician and other stores as well as restaurants and bars. It is only a 2-minute walk from the Gambara metro station. You can quickly reach the San Siro Stadium (in just 10 minutes), City Life, Corso Vercelli and the Duomo in 12 minutes by subway. 500 meters away is the Trivulzio Hospital. This beautiful apartment is ideal for any type of traveler. The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor, of a period building and therefore does not have an elevator. The LIVING ZONE, with a sofa that can be converted into a 140x190 double sofa bed, offers the possibility of adding 2 more guests. In the living area there is a coffee corner with Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, pods and tea bags at your disposal. There is also a Smart Tv to watch your favorite movies on Netflix. The KITCHEN is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dining table and the necessary tools for cooking, all at your disposal. There is a spacious and bright BEDROOM with a double bed, closet available to store all of your personal belongings, and a desk. The bedroom overlooks a large BALCONY, equipped with table and chairs, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or relax with an aperitif on the top floor of the building. The BATHROOM consists of a refined crystal shower stall, complete sanitary ware and hair dryer. In addition to towels of various sizes you will also find a Welcome Kit (shampoo, soap, intimate hygiene soap and shower cap) offered by the house as well as, of course, sheets, comforter and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The house has air conditioning, for cooling and heating, both in the living room and bedroom and free WI-FI. In short, this house has everything you need to make your stay perfect!
