The shower head did not stay up kept falling and it did not drain well. Also the shower only had a half wall so the floor got wet. The AC did not work and our room was hot. The usb plugs on the one side of the bed did not work.

check in & check out was easy, front desk staff were very helpful The swimming pool was closed from September 1st which was a shame in such hot weather, the gardens are probably lovely in peak season but looked a little uncared for during our short stay - again because late September is deemed off season. food choices in the restaurant were poor, the food wasn't very good either (chicken Cesar salad was made with over fried chicken nuggets) and was overpriced

We used this hotel for our final day before our flight from Linate and it was an excellent experience. The staff checked us in quickly, even setting up a box breakfast and arranging a taxi for our 5am trip to the airport. Great service and the restaurant was great for dinner.

Hotel is close to airport but still taxi charges are around €25. Hotel may be good for buisness purposes but not good for family holudays visit or you are fimiliar with the area. Staff is good but they are very limited to help as they as hotel rules i guess. No water in the Hotel room as they beleive drinking tap water is safe to drink (Not happy as this is 4* hotel i guess and i expect more from it). Visiting to city or any other tourist area adding cost to every step u put out .e.g: tram ticket or taxi charges etc

Disappointed by dining options available both in and around the hotel. Dinner buffet very overpriced for what is available and quality of food. Very limited dining available close to hotel. Our fridge had leftovers from previous guests. Pool area nicely maintained with lots of seating options.

However we're only 20 minutes from the city center where all the restaurant and shops are open. I'm sorry if the restaurant food quality wasn't at the high of your expectations. The property was a good place to stay for catching our early flight out of Milan. The rooms and common areas were clean, and well-kept, and I'd stay there again. I would like to highlight an exceptional member of the staff, Andres, who went above and beyond. He helped us with several things, including intervening when our taxi driver insisted on cash payment (note for travelers, it's illegal for taxi drivers not to take credit cards). We appreciated all his help - he made our stay a great experience.

Likes: comfortable, modern, close to Linate (5 euro shuttle), reasonably priced. Excellent and silent A/C. Dislikes. Be careful you need a swimming cap to go in the swimming pool. The swimming pool is small and was crowded and dirty when we were there, also it closes at 7pm. We were disappointed as that pool was a main reason for staying there. Breakfast (and I believe other dining there) is expensive (15 euros). The area around the hotel is mostly residential, we found a decent restaurant: Il Pirata, within walking distance.

Averagely cleaned room and gym. Wouldnt return
Room was sub par when comparing sherington near the other airport but of similar price. Gym towel isn’t refill daily and water machine was almost empty and removed the next day. Spiderweb was visible on the machines. Room was average. Bathroom had used soap when arrived and marks. Towel feels dirty and had makeup mark on still.

Good location. A few minutes walk to the tram station that takes you all the way to Duomo. So happy about that. I had to go to first floor to iron my clothes though. Staff was was very helpful!

Great place to stay, the Peruvian front desk woman was very friendly, professional, and communicative. The place was amazing, they have a pool and a gym!! I totally recommend this place. Be careful with your personal belongings as you leave the hotel. Hold your items closely.

Loved Alicia I believe it was. She was kind and some of the other older gentlemen were rude. The room I had was nonsmoking and I came to a room that stank of smoke but the front desk lady immediately switched me out. There was mold in the bathroom for the second room.

It was a nice hotel and I would stay there again, except the A/C didn't work. Or possibly (because we found this in other places in Italy), it could have worked, but by policy they don't turn it on until June, no matter the outside temperature. I don't know which was the situation, but sleeping in a hot hotel room is not pleasant.

Good place and easy access to airport
It was good only thing is its best to add breakfast to your booking as its €15 everytime you want to have it, also dinner is €35. Rooms were always cleaned daily which is amazing also toilet rainfall shower could be cleanes as it was semi blocked by limescale.
