Très bien relié aux moyens de transport, c'est un excellent appartement pour une location temporaire pour des séjours d'affaires ou de tourisme. L'aménagement intérieur rend l'atmosphère fonctionnelle, vivable et raffinée. Les grandes fenêtres, les hauts plafonds et la double exposition rendent l'appartement toujours lumineux. Le parquet fin, la fenêtre voûtée qui sépare les deux salons et les magnifiques chandeliers témoignent de l'histoire de cette maison. L'appartement est véritablement équipé de tous les accessoires et conforts nécessaires pour que vous puissiez profiter d'un séjour charmant et agréable à Milan. It was walking distance to the Navigli district, which is a fun place to explore.The not so good part of this apartment is the noise. The street traffic and noise at night made it difficult to sleep. That is not something that the host can do anything about, but it was enough to mention. It was also difficult to manage the electricity so the circuit breakers didn't trip regularly. Lastly, there weren't enough kitchen supplies for 6 people.Overall, we found the apartment to be decent and worked for our stay, but it wasn't without downsides. ##### Jeffrey C. The apartment was gorgeous and roomy, and very close to all we wanted to see and do in Milan. Its location in the Navigli district turned out to be a huge plus - lots of great restaurants, and a vibrant night-life. We also found ourselves next door to a shop that had the best gelato in Milan (we think). Access to Milan's quite excellent metro system was just steps away. Nico was an excellent host, making sure all our questions were answered and streamlining our very late check-in when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms worked very well and had everything we needed. One advisory: the apartment has a washer, but no dryer, so hang drying is required (which we gather is common in Italy). The only negative (for some) is that the street that the apartment is on is busy, and metro trams run on it from early in the morning to late at night. Keep this in mind if you are sensitive to street noise. We recommend the Harmony Flat most highly! ##### Eric H. Located in a neighborhood with a lot of nightlife and easy commute to sights in city center (tram is around the corner). Management team was lovely. The apartment is very lovely, spacious, and clean. Communication with the managers is very good. The location is close to the night spots along the Navigli canals and, to our surprise, the apartment is next door to our favorite gelateria chain in all of Italy (Gelateria Romano). The only negative of the apartment is it is not particularly close to any Metro stops. Overall, an excellent place to stay. ##### Gary D. It was well appointed, spaciousIt and very close to a supermarket, a gelateria and to the Navigly restaurants. Communication with Nico and Vanessa was easy and they were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience for us was that getting to the historic center was approximately a 20” walk and taxis/Ubers were not always readily available. From the apartment you can easily take public transportation to all places, but since we were traveling with children in the hot Summer, this was not our preference. ##### M. Mercedes M. Pictures do not give the property justice. Great location and there was plenty of space for everyone. Easy access to stores and the train station.
