### Lovely and cosy apartment near Porta Romana

Cosy flat of 39 sqm, for 3 people, on the 3rd floor of a building WITH LIFT (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located in a lively area, close to Porta Romana; Milan's main points of interest and the Central Railway Station are easily reachable through various public transports the area is well provided with.   
  
Theapartment, perfect for both tourists and workers, consists of a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a living room with kitchenette.  
  
The property consists of:  
  
\-BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, split A/C;  
  
\-LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE: (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, and various cooking utensils), dining table, sofa bed, split A/C;  
  
\-BATHROOM: shower, sink and toilet;  
  
\-SMALL BALCONY (access from the living room).  
  
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning with heat pump (living room and bedrooms), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hair dryer.  
  
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality, equal to 4,50 euro per person per night.

During the summer you cannnot miss the Mysterious baths, one of the most appreciated luxury swimming pools in Milan, only 800 m from the flat! The metro M3 from Porta Romana leads in less than 10 minutes to Piazza Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone!

\- Museo del Novecento: 15 minutes by public transport;

\- Pinacoteca di Brera (Brera Art Gallery): 25 minutes by public transport;

\- Caffè Napoli: 1 minute on foot;  
  
\- Carrefour Express: 10 minutes on foot.  
  
\- From Milano Linate Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 30 minutes by taking the bus n. 73 to Duomo from the airport to Piazza 5 Giornate stop (13 stops), 2 minute on foot from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 6 km away from the property (approximately 15 minutes by car).  
  
\- From Milano Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than an hour and a half by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to the Central Station, from which it is possible to take the tram n. 9 to Porta Genova, to Piazza 5 Giornate stop (11 stops), 2 minute on foot from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 52 km away from the property (approximately 55 minutes by car).  
  
\- From the Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 30 minutes by taking various public means of transport, including the bus n. 60 or the tram no. 9, to Piazza 5 Giornate stop, 2 minute on foot from the hotel.  
  
\- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park for a fee at Anfossi Garage, 3 minute on foot from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.
