We tried to reach the house owner but the phone written on the site was wrong. We couldnt reach him. We wrote message over expedia to owner to call us because of waiting outside at cold temperature but he insist to pay the city tax first. It was horrible. The navigation to door key was also really hard. We were in hard condition and house owner wasnt helpful. Also inside the building there was a broken metal that might cut our feet to injure.
