Sotto l'appartamento c'è sia un bar ristotante che un burger store per qualsiasi voglia di cibo improvvisa. Inoltre essendo una zona tranquilla la notte si riposa bene, le finestre sono spesse in modo da lasciare fuori ogni rumore, e ci sono gli scuri in modo da non far entrare la luce.
