The check-in process was not straightforward at all and when we messaged them to help with the stove and oven all they did was leave a lighter for us to light the stove. No instructions, etc. This is a huge safety problem when dealing with gas, we also could not enjoy cooking an Easter Dinner in the oven as a family. There is tons of natural light and it is a genuinely pleasing place to be. The contact with the company was a little poor. They sent a crew to fix the front door while we were there without telling us and our lunch was interrupted.
