We are delighted to know that our Staff has been professional and friendly. We work every day with passion to guarantee all our guests a beautuful stay. We are also very happy to read that you have found the location perfect and the rooms were cleaned and with nice views. We are very sorry instead to read that the room service food did not live up your expectations. I would like to confirm the genuineness of our products ,which come from organic companies and that we do not have pre-cooked food, we do everything at home hence the limited choice. We would also like to inform that our brand provides that some types of amenities such as coffee machine and slippers only in rooms of higher type but we are sorry to hang this disappointment only through this channel , we could have provided otherwise directly at the hotel. we would also like to explain that our choice is to use the digital channel instead of the paper one and we provide for free more than 10,000 newspapers and magazines through the App Press Reader. Probably our hotel was not the right hotel for your expectations but we hope you give us the chance to have you again as our guest.
