Good for stopover and catch up on laundry.
It was a good place for 1 night stay over. A bit out of the way. About 10mins by cab to central railway. Staff were extremely helpful. A few places to eat within a couple of 100 metres and a serviced laundromat nearby.

The staff was extremely rude and impolite. The hotel is such a scam, we had to pay extra 16 Euros for bedding (never been asked for this in our lives before)! Also had to pay 2.50 Euros for each person for breakfast, which only included a drink (coffee/tea) and some croissant/biscuits. When we complained about how much extra we had to pay, the receptionist told us to stop talking and to go to our room as we didn't have a right to complain and if we didn't want to stay we can either leave or he'll call the police. This was at 11pm at night and I have 2 children with me and we were all tired; we didn't want a hassle, we were just annoyed with all the extra charges we had to pay for without having being told any of the information beforehand. Did not enjoy our stay there at all!

Great little place to stay would stay here again!!
We loved this hotel!! It was small and quiet. The staff were all helpful and friendly. It's very clean and homely. The people in the area are all friendly and helpful. The business were well priced with great food and service with a handy little supermarket close by for juice and snacks. It's also hand for all public transport we found the underground really easy to get to from here and it was fast getting into Milan city centre!! Would stay here again!!!

Too high hidden costs. The price on the advert is half of what we had to pay. They charge for renting linen as high as the cost price for a pillow and a bedsheets. For just a little more, we could have got a star hotel in the city center. Rooms didn't have locks and we're open to everyone 24x7, no place to store luggage or even to stand or sit. Consider this only if you are staying alone, have no luggage and can't find anything else under 25 euros for a night.

Not so friendly staff
Very hard to find the location. There is a tiny board on the road with an arrow and need to figure out where the arrow is pointing to. You need bus route 87 and 15 minutes of walking to get there. Note they charge 10 euros if you want to use the AC. Even that AC had to be fixed while we were in the room by the management to get it to work. Staff is not that friendly. The large bathroom has broken tiles.

Dear customer Thank you for your ricensione, but we want to clarify one thing that the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if the credit card is not valid. And despite the booking was canceled we found the place in our hotel for the same price.

if you make a reservation for two seats beds in a shared room, surely you have to take two seats beds not two private rooms, also because the prices of the private rooms cost much more, then it is not the fault of the hotel that customers make reservations wrong

Old warn down hotel.
This hotel is run down, the beds are over their estimated lifetime, so not comfortable at all. Our door handle fell off. The flush button on our toilet was constantly stuck, leading to a massive waste of water. There are fungus at the walls in the toilet. The room nr 1 is right next to the reception, so you can hear the noice from there clearly through the door, and specifically the receptionist talking on phone on speaker with someone for hours... Table is wobbly, only one heater in the room working, so pretty could, even with 3 comforters on top...

Stanza carina, bagno privato. Pulita. Alla reception utili volantini dai quali ho ordinato comodomante la cena. Purtroppo volevo del vino e l’hotel ne era sfornito ma nulla di grave. Avevano comunque una varia scelta di bevande non alcoliche. Unica pecca, al mattino mi sono svegliata a causa del freddo in stanza. Il resto della notte ho dormito benissimo.

non proprio lontanissimo da metro e mezzi pubblici ma deludente. camera piccola,zanzare a go go ,zanzariere rotte,capelli sulla rete superiore del letto a castello (che tra l'altro avevo specificato di non volere.....la colazione poi?!? in sostanza servita fino alle 10 ma già dalle 9 non trovavi più un cornetto...

Siamo stati li una notte e poi a distanza di tempo non trovando altro ci siamo dovuti accontentare durante la prima sosta ........molto sporco, nessuna professionalita',la seconda volta non ho soggiornato e non si trovano responsabili con cui parlare e chi e' presente non capisce l'italiano, per chiarire la situazione a distanza di una settimana aspetti una chiamata che non arriva mai e perdi i soldi

Molto meglio di quello che ci si aspetta!
Ero partito sapendo di non dovermi aspettare molto, invece devo dire che il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole. Personale molto gentile e garbato. Chiaramente non parliamo di un albergo di lusso, ma la stanza aveva tutti i confort ed era pulita. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e soddisfacente.

negativissima!!! hotel da incubo!!! zozzissimo, tutto vecchio, zona nascosta e isolata e molto buia. L a stanza rumorossissima. Zero rispetto, al mattino non e' possoibile riposare dalle 7 in poi. Rumori di lavori, la televisione accesa nella reception, il rumore della gente che viene e che va e delle chiacchiere. Per non parlare del canile accanto... Finestre senza tapparelle o tende oscuranti. bagno vecchio e zozzo e non erano presenti neppure gli oggetti per il bagno!!! e in piu la tassa per l biancheria, che dovrebbe essere compresa nel prezzo e non pagata a parte... c'erano persino le zanzare in stanza!!!!

Albergo squallido in zona malfamata.
Personale che ci ha accolto senza la minima comprensione sul fatto che avessimo usato expedia.it per la prima volta; per maggiori chiarimenti ho dovuto chiamare l'assistenza clienti del sito. Albergo sito a 10 minuti dalla metro lilla, in una zona che di notte, progressivamente fino alla struttura, si fa sempre più "oscura". Prima colazione ai limiti del ridicolo consistente in: caffè bruciato, latte non pervenuto, cornetto imbustato, numero 2 fette biscottate con relative creme spalmabili al cioccolato e alla marmellata. Struttura che non infonde alcuna sicurezza e/o fiducia. Camera per 4 persone con disposizione interna dei mobili ai limiti dell'umano: - Comodino vicino la porta (!), che peraltro intralcia l'apertura di una delle ante del mobile posto al suo immediato fianco - Letti inframezzati da c.ca 30 cm di spazio - Finestra con tende incastrate dietro al letto, il quale è saggiamente situato a ridosso del muro - Scrivania con sedia posizionata a meno di 15 cm da uno dei letti, rendendola parzialmente impraticabile - Bagno con areatore e mensola su lavandino rotti, che non dispone di alcuna chiave nella serratura - Porta d'ingresso della stanza con maniglia rotta - Pulizia della stanza buona - Maggior parte del personale molto gentile

Innanzitutto vorrei far notare che sull'annuncio c'è scritto HOTEL Greco 2 stelle, invece è un ostello/dormitorio. In più il fatto che questo ostello ha le camere in condivisione con altre persone non viene sottolineato al momento della prenotazione, ma c'è solo una descrizione in inglese, mentre tutto il resto è in italiano. Io ho prenotato pensando avessi la stanza singola pensando fosse un hotel, mentre invece mi sono ritrovato in una stanza con 6 posti con letti a castello.
