The room was extremely worn off, old and dull, the balcony stained and dirty, the bathroom so outdated and dull… i decided to leave a day early, couldn’t stand it! Beside it’s so noisy, I could hear people from the corridor, next door and elevator! They did not refund me for anything, not even a small coutesy amount because “I did the booking through Expedia”!! Like it was a punishment? (I paid in advance, unfortunately) and they said it’s better to book with them directly. So why on earth are they on Expedia? Pictures are so deceiving. Terrible experience.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room rather cold even with heating turned up. Toiletries very good . Convenient for Milan Centrale station

I wasnt impressed by the staff when we arrived Had an attitude when we added a extra night Apparently our breakfast was removed The other couple i was with had breakfast still we were told it was removed not their issue Breakfast they had was canned fruit and croissants not worth q5 euros

Thin walls but very good service.
The location is very close to the train station. The service was very good. The people in the room next door were being ridiculously loud when we were trying to sleep. I called the front desk and they took care of it.

I only stayed here one night while in transit, but was very impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk attendant, and also the quality of the room. The decor was nice, and the shower and bed were wonderful. Definitely a great place to stay at a reasonable price

Hotel convenient location to the Central station was nice. The check in was very unpleasant. I was dropping my son and was staying somewhere else but was asked all these questions why I was there. They don’t do it in 5 stars hotels.

Dear Sir,I remember the unpleasant check-in.You demanded to go up to the room with arrogance without notifying that you are the parent and without leaving your ID document.You know that by law it is not possible for obvious security reasons.I find your behavoiur and this review extremely out of place.

The hotel is very well run moderate hotel, staff are attentive & breakfast excellent - really worth the money & serving lady a pleasant face in the morning . Cleaning staff did excellent job. You don’t need an Uber or taxi to get here from central station .

Hotel is close to the central station which is ideal for short stays. Hotel clean and staff accommodating. Rooms are small but have hot water. Asked fur fried eggs at breakfast and got laughed at!! Would recommend for one night stay as do close to station. 2 nights at a push!!!

The rooms are to hot
The rooms are small but clean and nice in appearance but they are HOT. Temperature was set at lowest setting and room didn't cool down. Notified front desk they said this is working right!
