Completamente ristrutturato situato in un contesto signorile l'appartamento è un bel trilocale, composto da un ampio living con tavolo da pranzo di design, divano letto, cucina abitabile, camera matrimoniale con bagno, cameretta e un secondo bagno e balconcino. L'appartamento è situato in una zona centralissima, ben servita da mezzi di trasporto sia di superfice che sotterranei che permettono di raggiungere diverse zone della città. La zona P.ta Venezia gode di molti locali , ristoranti e lounge bar per passare una bella serata all'insegna della Milano by Night. Nei dintorni la vicina C.so B.Aires permette una bella passeggiata per fare lo shopping più sfrenato con brand di moda di diverso genere. A due passi si può raggiungere il parco Indro Montanelli dove poter fare una bella passeggiata immersa nel verde e per chi ama il jogging farsi una bella corsetta rigenerante. Per chi ha bisogno di raggiungere o arrivare dalla Stazione Centrale l'appartamento si trova davvero vicino a c.ca 10 min. a piedi massimo. L’appartamento, sito al primo piano con ascensore, è composto da un ampio e bellissimo soggiorno con divano e TV LCD; la cucina è abitabile con fuochi a induzione, forno, frigorifero, lavastoviglie; la camera matrimoniale è ampia e con armadio a tre ante e con a bagno, mentre la seconda camera da letto è composta da letto singolo trasformabile in letto matrimoniale e armadi coordinati; completano l’appartamento i doppi servizi completi di tutto, doccia, sanitari, e lavatrice. Il quartiere di Porta Venezia dista soli venti minuti a piedi dal Duomo e si trova a pochi passi da una delle più note arterie commerciali della città, Corso Buenos Aires. Nei dintorni sorge lo splendido scenario naturale dei giardini di Porta Venezia, dove è possibile fare jogging, lunghe passeggiate nel verde o portare i bambini a giocare all'aria aperta data la presenza di diverse aree gioco. L'appartamento è inoltre a pochissimi minuti dalla Stazione Centrale, raggiungibile facilmente anche a piedi, dalla quale si può raggiungere in treno qualunque destinazione in Italia o all'estero, e dalla quale si raggiungono inoltre gli aeroporti milanesi di Linate, Malpensa e Bergamo Orio al Serio. Neighborhood was good, plenty of dining options nearby. Traveling with our 2 adult children we choose this apartment because it had 2 bathroom. One did not have hot water the entire time were there. Let the person that met us and assisted with check in know. He forward info to owner but was not fixed since it was a weekend. Otherwise place was as advertised. Concernant les lits avons été déçus car avions posé la question de 2 chambres avec 2 grands lits, et pour finir un couple était dans le salon sur un canapé lit donc intimité zero...et pièce à partager transformée en chambre ! La porte de la cuisine ne ferme pas donc le bruit du frigo pour la nuit. La cuisine est mal équipée : à peine pour 4 personnes et pas plus. Une cuisinière au gaz avec 2 allume-gaz vides !... Als wir ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Mieter vor uns die Wohnung als Partylocation genutzt haben...die Schiebetür zur Küche ließ sich nur zu einem drittel öffnen. Eine der beiden Duschen war nicht zu nutzen , da die Duschtür rausgebrochen war.... der Boden klebte... (wurde am nächsten Tag behoben). An mehreren Stellen in der Wohnung klebten Kaugummis... der Griff des Badezimmers fiel einem entgegen, wenn man es öffnete.... in einem der Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur mig Ohrstöpseln schlafen, da die ganze Nacht ein Generator (Klimaanlage des Nachbarn?) zu hören ist... bei Ankunft wurden wirvauf einige, aber nicht auf alle Mängel hingewiesen! Ausserdem wurde der Zuschlag für die Ankunft nach 22.00 (unser Flugzeug hatte Verspätung) und den Aufschlag für eine zusätzliche Person (bei der Buchung war ein Baby angemeldet worden?) sollten wir in bar bezahlen... was wir nicht getan haben... alles etwas seltsam... das nachts mehrfach geklingelt wurde, hat den Aufenthalt leider auch nicht besser gemacht! ##### Anja F. Si le pongo una pega es la ubicacion, aunque tiene transporte publico cerca. No es comodo si te gusta ir andando a la zona turistica del centro. ##### Fernando G.
