Bright 40 sqm apartment, able to accommodate 4 people, located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access).  
  
The accommodation is located near Corso Lodi, an area full of services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets and well connected thanks to public transport: the Lodi TIBB metro stop is just a 3-minute walk from the property.  
  
The property consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, wardrobe and split A/C;

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings  
  
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.  
  
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.  
  
For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows: \* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

\- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment with the Terravision bus service from the airport to the Central Station, from where you can take the M3 Yellow metro line to the Lodi Tibb stop, a 4-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car/taxi in 56 minutes (66.2 km).  
  
\- From Milan Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the M3 Yellow metro line to the Lodi Tibb stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.
