Cozy and bright 35 sqm apartment, able to accommodate 2 people, located on the ground floor of an 8-storey building in Piazza Bottini, a stone's throw from the Lambrate stop of the Green Metro Line and the train station of the same name.  
  
In 10 minutes by car you can reach Milan-Linate Airport, while the Città Studi district is just 1.5 km away.  
  
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.  
  
Street parking (not guaranteed) a short distance away.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- KITCHEN with dining table and chairs, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffe moka, wine glasses, kitchen utensils and split A/C;  
  
\- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, bedside tables, wardrobe, armchair, split A/C;  
  
\- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.  
  
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, central heating with thermo valves, air conditioning via hot and cold split, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hangers and hairdryer.

\- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the MXP1 train, getting off at the Milano Cadorna stop; from there take the MM2 (Green Line) to the Lambrate FS stop, a 2-minute walk from the property, or take a taxi (about 50 minutes).  
  
\- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway (M2) from Centrale FS to the Lambrate FS stop, a 2-minute walk from the property;  
  
\- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park at one of the several free (not guaranteed) car parks nearby.
