Comfortable and bright 44 sqm apartment located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant building a stone's throw from Corso Italia and the "Santa Sofia" metro stop. The accommodation is suitable for up to 4 adults and is cared for in every detail, complete with all the main comforts required. Designer furniture, WIFI, A / C and TV are just some of the main services offered to guests. The accommodation is located near Bocconi University and about 1km from the Navigli and Porta Romana.

The accommodation is located 9 minutes walk from the M3 Crocetta stop, 13 minutes walk from the M3 Missori stop, 9 minutes walk from tram 16 which leaves in Piazza Duomo in 3 stops. It is also a ten-minute walk from Bocconi University, 13 minutes from the Statale University and 14 minutes walk from Porta Ticinese and the Navigli. The area where the accommodation is located is full of excellent restaurants and bars. We particularly recommend the "Al Mercato" restaurant in Via Sant'Eufemia, the "Sushi Zen" of Japanese cuisine in Via Maddalena and the particular street-food style restaurant "Exit" and "Princi" near the "Missori" metro stop. The apartment is also conveniently located to reach the "Gaetano Pini", "Madonnina", "Capitanio" and "Policlinico" hospitals and nursing homes on foot and by public transport.
