Cozy 30 sqm apartment, located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for disabled people), ideal for two people.  
  
The accommodation is conveniently located near the "Sant'Ambrogio" and "Sant'Agostino" stops on the M2 Green Line and the "De Amicis" stop on the M4 Blue Line.  
  
The Darsena and Navigli canals are an 800-meter walk away, and all major amenities are within easy reach.  
  
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The interior space is organized as follows:

The apartment is located in a lively and fun neighborhood, in the Sant'Agostino area, near the Sant'Agostino metro station and the Sant'Ambrogio metro station on the M2 Green line and the De Amicis metro station on the M4 Blue line. The Darsena and the Navigli canals are 850 meters away. This makes the location strategic for reaching every part of the city by public transportation, and it's also an area full of amenities such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. There's also no shortage of bookstores, flea markets, and antique markets. It's also excellent for nightlife, with its countless venues for all tastes, from aperitivo time until late at night.

\- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna Station, from where you can take the subway (M2) to the "Sant'Agostino" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property;  
  
\- From Milan Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway (M2) to the "Sant'Agostino" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property;  
  
\- If you're traveling by car, the apartment is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Paid parking is available at Autorimessa Ariberto 25, a 2-minute walk from the property (NOT guaranteed).
