Floor with elevator in an elegant building in the heart of the historic center, two minutes from the Duomo. The house has a cozy and charming style, benefits from unique light and has a spacious terrace, a perfect place to regenerate and enjoy intimate moments. The three-room apartment is the perfect solution for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the main attractions.  
  
Please note that there are works in the apartment above until the end of June, there may be some noise between 8am and 5pm.  
  
**THE SPACE**   
  
The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, perfectly functional, equipped with TV and large dining table. The space is easily transformed into a comfortable sleeping area, as it is equipped with a sofa bed, perfect for enjoying moments of tranquility. The house is also equipped with two bedrooms, one single and one double, as well as benefiting from a beautiful terrace, an oasis of peace in the beating heart of the city. The bathroom is large and benefits from a spacious shower.

**NEIGHBORHOOD**   
  
The apartment is located on one of Milan's historic streets, which connects Piazza del Duomo with the Colonne di San Lorenzo and finally Porta Ticinese and the Darsena. The area is ideal to explore and experience by day and by night: it is one of the very rare areas where nightlife and cultural life coexist harmoniously: small niche bookstores and art galleries flank Milan's most famous nightclubs. Indeed, the area is a magnet for young people and all those who wish to explore the city's most authentic identity. There are numerous gardens surrounding the area: the Pope John Paul II Park, the Basiliche Park, and Piazza Vetra.
