Stay in a modern and cozy ground-floor studio apartment in a stately building in the heart of Milan's historic center. The apartment benefits from an optimal location, perfect for walking comfortably to the city's most authentic and fascinating sights.  
  
**THE SPACE**   
  
The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful historic Milanese building. It consists of a living area with an open kitchen, perfectly functional and equipped with a large dining table, great for relaxing and benefiting from quiet moments.   
  
The sleeping area, separated by a large closet, has a comfortable double bed and Smart TV, a comfortable and essential space perfect for enjoying intimate moments.   
  
The apartment is illuminated by large windows overlooking the building's inner courtyard. The linear and modern style allows you to relax and regenerate comfortably. The apartment is very quiet and functional, ideal for a quiet stay, although in the beating heart of the city.

**NEIGHBORHOOD**   
  
The Magenta-Conciliazione area is among the most residential and quiet neighborhoods in Milan, excellent for strolling through characteristic streets in which to admire beautiful buildings, courtyards and doorways. There is no shortage of art and culture in this area, thanks to the Leonardesque route with the Last Supper by Leonardo hosted by the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, and the Antella House with Leonardo's Vineyard.  
  
In a pleasant walk, it is also possible to reach the beautiful fountain in Piazza Castello, which provides access to Castello Sforzesco and the city's green lung: Parco Sempione. In this area you will benefit from a surprising vitality, losing yourself in its picturesque streets, where you will find quaint boutiques, stately mansions, excellent ice cream parlors, restaurants, bars and much more.
