Stay in a warm and cozy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with elevator in a modern building with private parkiing in the Crescenzago area. The apartment is located in a residential and well-served area, conveniently accessible via the M2 subway. Although the Crescenzago neighborhood is on the verge of urban redevelopment, it perfectly maintains an authentic and characteristic feel, great for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The apartment benefits from a fresh and unique style. It consists of a lovely living room with an open kitchen, fully functional and equipped with TV, dining table and sofa. Adjacent to the living area, you will find a room used as a laundry room with a convenient and spacious closet.   
  
The sleeping area consists of a lovely double bedroom, with attention to the smallest detail, also equipped with a flat-screen TV, perfect to regenerate after the dynamic days in Milan. The apartment is very quiet and functional, ideal for a relaxing and comfortable stay in a residential area.

The Naviglio route leads to exploring various adjacent neighborhoods such as Gorla, NoLo, all the way to Melchiorre Gioia. The Crescenzago neighborhood is in continuous transformation, distinguished by its perfect synergy between tradition and contemporaneity, between urbanization and spaces from rural footprints. In the Crescenzago neighborhood there is still an air of suburb and small town, coexisting with the usual dynamism of the great metropolis, while maintaining perfect functionality.
