Palazzo Litta, large palace of the Baroque period with its Theatre, Casa Rossi, particular for its wonderful octagonal courtyard and the Civic Archaeological Museum of Milan in a former convent. Adjacent to the museum is the Church of San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore where you can admire what many people call the Sistine Chapel in Milan, with frescoes and other works of art. Do not miss a stop behind the historic Pasticceria Marchesi, which we recommend for a short refreshment, to see what is a piece of history of the ancient Roman Milan (Mediolanum) with the remains of the Imperial Palace of Maximian.
