It was a lovely property with friendly staff. Would completely recommend! Next to a tram that takes you takes you to the centre in 15 mins

Incredible room with great staff, the breakfast was also very good with plenty of different options. The room itself was brilliant! I was honestly taken away with how nice it was. There isn't however much with sound proofing between the doors of the different rooms but besides that, everything else was perfect. I will definilty be coming back here when I next visit.

A good short stay
The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the outer parts are beautiful but the rooms are slightly outdated. Still clean and comfy to stay in.

The property is dated but the staff are good and the location is good for Linate airport and only 3 stops on the metro to San Babila, which is a short walk from the Duomo. I will be using again as the price i got was very good and the short hop to town or the airport make it worthwhile.

Stayed here while attending the Italian Grand Prix in Monza. Great locational for the train stations. Well priced for what you get, but furniture and decor is old.

It was freezing in the hotel room. We woke up every day with a sore throat. The floor was freezing as well and no slippers were provided, so that to go from the bed to the bathroom one had to put on socks to make it bearable. The walls were also extremely thin, it felt like we were sharing the room with the entire floor. I don't know how many times we were woken up in the middle of the night, and proceeded to be woken up around 8am by what we assumed were the cleaning people going in the rooms around us. It was a very uncomfortable stay and we were relieved once it was over.

Clean but needs updating
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean, however it was very old fashioned and the rooms did not match the photos shown on the hotels.com website. The walls/doors are very thin and you can hear everything that goes on - toilets flushing, phones vibrating and full conversations. The breakfast was also not great - basically cereal and coffee.

Worth the money for a budget stay
A bit better than expected and quite worth the money. The hotel is located near the university, so it is a safe location in Milan, no suspicious people lurking around and no loud partying gangs. Also easily reachable by tram no.5 and by bus. The bathroom is spacious, clean and the water pressure is good. The air-conditioner is quiet and powerful. The negatives: the smell of cigarettes lingers in the bathroom. The windows and doors do not block noises very good. I was constantly awakened by neighbours banging their doors very early in the morning. Reconsider if you are easily awakened by noises.

Excellent service, dirty room.
The concierge was excellent - very friendly and attentive. The room itself really could have used a proper cleaning. The hotel is in a somewhat scrappy and graffiti-filed area of town, but I felt safe walking around in the early morning hours (while it was still dark).

Very convenient hotel; very friendly staff.
Nice hotel, very convenient if you want to stay in the area. Downtown is actually a few minutes away by transport/taxi. The staff is particularly professional and friendly.

Clean and spacious
The hotel had great service and excellent complimentary breakfast. However the location was very skitchy at night, lots of graffiti and very little people. Overall I very much enjoy our stay, the room was spacious and nice washroom and clean.

Well connected hotel, nice area in Milan
The hotel needs renovation but everything is in order and clean. It is not a luxury hotel, furniture is old but functional, heating is adequate, hotel is located in quiet area with bars and groceries shops

Close to Polisquash Club
I stayed here because I wanted to play Squash while in Milan. It is 5 min walk from Polisquash. All the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. But the hotel is very dated. Rooms/doors not sound proofed. Hallway is cramped, elevator tiny. On the the tram line (5) so easy to travel without a car.

amazingly helpful staff
This hotel is perfect for those intending to do a short term business in Politecnico Milano. Staff are amazingly helpful and kind. they even helped us finding our future flat in Milano by calling and asking people for appointments (As we did not know Italian). Breakfast is OK. Surprisingly no cheese on the serving boards. Free parking available in the street, though you may need to be lucky to get one. All in all will return to this hotel again happily.

Nice except the doors...
Well situated hotel to central Milan, easy way to the subway or the bus 61 to the Centro Milan. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Two things to improve: 1. The room doors are very bad and make a ton of noise when being closed. Horrible for a good night sleep. 2. The breakfast could have some eggs... or proteins... dead food like bread and cookies are not very healthy. There, hope it helps the owner to make some changes... please the doors first...

It was everything ok, also the reception desk. Perhaps, there may be a bit bigger breakfast place/room

3 nights stay, no problem
The room is a bit small for the price. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. I survived and dont mind visiting again unless there are better ones around the area for cheaper price.
