### Casa di Ambra - 301 by Houset

This modern and refined apartment, located near the center of Monza, represents an ideal solution for couples, families or small groups. The large living room with open kitchen and a balcony overlooking the greenery, the three independent bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which is en-suite for the master bedroom, complete this splendid and welcoming residence characterized with contemporary design furnishings.   
  
The apartment enjoys various comforts including air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, traditional and microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and obviously a fast Wi-Fi connection.   
  
The apartment is also located less than 500m from the Monza train station (about 5 minutes on foot) convenient for reaching the main cities such as Milan, Bergamo or Como/Lecco by train and about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful historic center of Monza.   
  
 For those traveling by car we would like to point out the presence of various parking spaces in the nearby streets and a large car park (for a fee) a few steps from the house.
