Okay hotel in Milan
We stayed in the attic room and the area was cramped and the bathroom not super clean. Kept on hitting my head on the ceiling.

When I get home I will be requesting a $9 rebate from Hotels.com You stated there was air conditioning yet the hotel demanded $9 for the sir and we refused to pay it and as result had no air for the night...... was pretty hot

Great little overnight stay in Milan.
Friendly staff and a great breakfast which included scrambled eggs! The toilet and shower room was separate from the bedroom but we were aware of this during booking. Luckily, neither my partner or I had to wait at any point. Good location in relation to transport links and main strain station. I would recommend this place to friends.

Nice and clean hotel
We were in a triple room. The only problem was that it was a little bit cold in the room, but we think that this is because the woman who cleans the room opens the balcony during the day and does not close it tightly and the room was getting cold in the day and could not warm up after we close the balcony door when we get back to the hotel at 19h. Except of that everything was ok. The staff are very kind they even gave us a map and explain very detailed how to get to Navigli (they would give detailed and useful information if you need), the breakfast is good, not only a croissant and coffee, the wi fi is very good. The hotel is a little bit far from the trade street “Corso Buenos Aires”. You have to walk approximately 700 meters to get at the beginning of the street and the metro station Loreto which is on the same place. I would recommend this hotel for people who are not searching a very central location hotel. For us these 700 meters was not a problem. We are happy of the hotel overall.

Good for what I payed and in a great location
The hotel was better than I expected, considering the cost and some of the reviews on here. Staff were quiet but friendly enough and helpful when required. The room was clean and mostly comfortable, the bed was a bit hard for my tastes and did get a bit cold in the morning but it was winter and the radiator was very small so that's why. When I go back to milan I will stay there again as they provided everything I needed for a truly outstanding price and the front door was manned throughout the night with no restrictions on entering. Yes they require you to leave the key when you go out but they are trust worthy so this is a non issue for me. I would highly recommend this hotel. In addition there are all kinds of shops on the same road, including banks with atms, a minimart (carfour) tobacconist, restaurants and bars and just across the road and to the left as you step out onto the street the best kebab shop I've ever been to where the owner speaks all European languages

Basic accomodation, but very clean & staff friendl
Basic accomodation, but very clean & staff friendly. No 'luxuries' such as tea & coffee making facilities, no bar, no breakfast room etc. But nicely situated for Metro station. Ignore the graffiti on the local streets, as there are some great restaurants and cafes. A cheap way to experience Milan.

I wouldn't stay here again
The room itself was O.K. There are no screens on the windows so mosquitos and bugs get in at night. Air conditioning was an additional charge of 10 Euros which made it extremely inconvenient at night. There is also a street car right outside the window that ran all night which meant you had to hear the loud noises all night long. The location of the hotel is alright, not the safest neighborhood (I felt) but close to the train station (2km) so it wasn't too bad. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, overpriced, not a great stay.

Good value, nice staff, close to metro and tram. Had a single room with shared bathroom, everything was clean, a bit noisy until the neighborhood bar closed and if you don't like it too warm in the summer pay the A/C fee. But it's a simple hotel and you get exactly what's offered on the website. Breakfast was nice too!

Very bad..... Not worth the stay
Very dirty. They expect the room key to be given to them every time you leave the hotel but when you come in and ask for your room key they ask for no id - luckily none of my things got stolen (but i did have to lock it every time i left). Also they advertise AC on their site and on hotels.com but it's an additional 10 euros each night. Very gross stay..... Shower was especially disgusting since you stand in a puddle of water since it's so clogged. Just gross

If it wasn't for the AC charge ...
Well I don't suppose there is that much wrong with it as a place to stay. But once you search for the AC remote and find a laminated demand for money it leaves a bad taste that colours everything else. The room amenities did say Air Conditioning after all. I couldn't get the night porter to help so followed the advice of reviewers who say the owner always gives in to women. The missus went into the attack, and lo and behold she came back with the remote after having night man phone the owner. Probably not best to treat your customers in this way. Room OK, beds OK and shower OK though the decor is a bit old. Cord for shutters behind a panel next to the window. Breakfast was OK (though our man made no mention of it at check in). Only three tables so we were set up outside in the front garden which was actually quite nice. Nearest metro is probably Loreto not too far away. Recommend Wang Jiao Mong Kok restaurant on via Padova nearby if you like Chinese. We visited the canal district which has nice atmosphere and pavement food options (tram 2 or 14 from Duomo or metro). Apparently that is the place to go in the evening (we went lunchtime).

These creepy people are possibly thieves
We stayed here for one night. This was the worst among many hotels we stayed in Italy. 1. Expensive considering the quality. Paid much less in Rome, Florence and nearly same in Venice for much better hotels. 2. Hotel condition is terrible, very small shower area. Floor of the shower area is at the same level as the rest of the bathroom without any divider that would keep water from spreading to the rest of the bathroom floor. 3. The service is the worst. Front-desk people are rude. You have to pay extra 10 euros to get the A/C remote without which you cannot run the WEAK A/C. 4. The location is distant from public transportation (10 min walk from closest metro). 5. Rooms are noisy. 6. Breakfast is included but the quality is poor. The quantity is very little and they do not replenish any item. 7. The worst thing is that they will enter your room every time you go out and will not tell you they they did. They will force you to leave the key with them when you go out. Twice we went out, each time for a couple of hours, keeping the A/C on. Each time when we came back we saw that the A/C was turned off. Those were not room service times. So, they entered our room for something else. Fortunately, we did not leave any money or valuables in the room. So, they could not steal it. Not sure yet if they have stolen something from our bags. I would report these incidences to the police had we not been in a tight schedule. These people may be a part of a gang.

Not the best part of town, far away from attractions. Hotel wasn't really dirty, but not really clean either. The breakfast however was very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! For a one star hotel I would say it exceeds expectations for sure

We arrived 15minutes earlier than the appointed check-in time and were received quite rudely. We felt bad for being in advance when 15minutes is usually no big deal elsewhere. The room smelled of cigarettes.

Economy choice. Convenient for metro.
For three of us The options were double room with rollout bed. Triple room, shared bathroom or triple room sleeping up to five with en suite . Chose the latter option in spite of cost to give disabled son space and privacy...room was double with small single squeezed in and bedside table /drawers moved to corridor in front of bathroom door. Very cramped. That said hotel was clean and proprietors very friendly and helpful. Easy access to Loreto metro station. Work currently seems to be underway to update the property. V pretty small garden a bonus in built up location.

Good points: Location (downtown), Price, Comfortable bed. Bad points: 1- it's a pension managed by a couple, the wife is nice, the husband is not. If I ask anything, I couldn't get, if my girlfriend ask, he gives. 2- The towels provided were so bad and small (Ps. a extra towel was just provided cause my girlfriend asked). 3- The breakfast is not so good.. Overall: I believe that with the same money we could get a better hotel (or at least a pension with better service).

Room was a little dated and worn, but clean. The staff were friendly and the gentleman who served breakfast every day was always accommodating and cheery. The location was good and we could walk to the downtown region every day. I think the quality is what one might expect for the price given it's location.

This place is off the beaten path and requires metro or bus transportation to get anywhere. Te woman is very pleasant and very helpful, however, the man is short and unhelpful. If you go in the summer months, pay the extra 13€ for AC because it is HOT!

Great value, good location.
Friendly staff, great value for the location. A/C will cost you another 10 EUR per day, but still a good value. Our room was a bit noisy, a bar across the street was the reason but not evey night. Metro station just a few blocks convenient to access downtown and train station (Ports Garibaldi).

Hotel was easy to find, about 20 minute walk from Milan Centrale Stazione. Ran by a cute couple, very mom-and-pop style. Service was friendly, good for the price. Good for a cheap holiday weekend, almost hostel-like but with private rooms.

The room was quite small but ok for a coupel of days. It was clean and in quite ok condition. The price was ok and it included the breakfast, which was very basic. The air-conditioning costs extra. The room was at the street side so it was noisy from around 6am. The metro stop is 300m away.

This was our second stay in milan, and we decided to pick this hotel. Please read the fine print of this hotel and its ammenities. Rooms are equiped with AC, but an extra fee is necessary for the front desk to provide you a control remote to turn on the wall unit. Be weary of the "parking" this hotel claims to have. The parking is public parking around the hotel and surrounding streets, thus it's almost impossible to find any spot. More importantly, be careful at night. As soon as the sun goes down, nighwalkers invade the streets of the hotel and nearby.

I stayed there for 2 nights and it was enough. People at the hostel are nice. The washroom could be more clean. The breakfast is included but you need to go eat before the others because it's not an all you can eat and if you go eat late you will have almost nothing...

Milan is not a cheap place to stay. That being said, this hotel was close or the same as hostel pricing, (which for me was good). The private room was clean and the staff spoke English. The shared shower/bathroom was mediocre and if you wanted a proper towel to use the shower, you would have to pay extra.

Personale disponibile all’accoglienza. La camera però è piuttosto fredda per la stagione in cui siamo. I termosifoni si accendono solo in particolari ore e comunque non a sufficienza per scaldare camera e bagno.

Overall happy with our experience
Everything was good, there was only one minus and that was that the room was cold. Heating did not work well. But the room was clean, nice, water was hot, staff was nice and helpful. Also the place was quiet in night time, comfortable and safe.

La doccia della vasca da bagno è rotta, dormiamo in un sottotetto con letti separati e nemmeno coordinato di copriletto uguali e senza asciugamani che mi tocca anche pagare a parte! Osceno!

Gentile Cliente, che camera aveva prenotato ? euro 24 per 2 persone. Non si era accorto neanche di aver prenotato una camera con bagno fuori. un altra volta legga bene, e sia un pochino più brillante nelle sue spese. non si può risparmiare su tutto
