Modern and bright three-room apartment of about 115 square meters located in an elegant building with lift, surrounded by greenery in the Sempione- Fiera Milano area a short distance from the subway, bus and tram  
  
In the vicinity of the apartment we can find various public transport.  
The Cenisio stop of the MM5 purple line is about 300 meters away.  
In the immediate vicinity we find the stop for trams 14 and 16 and bus number 78.

The apartment is located in a well-served area: from Via Borgese in a few minutes you can reach the Milan Fair, the iconic City Life district and the Rho Fair. From the nearby Corso Sempione you can easily reach the centre, while from Piazza Firenze (connection point between Viale Certosa and Corso Sempione) there are trams to the main areas of Milan. At 500 meters there is an important shopping center and the renowned St Louis International School a short distance away.  
The numerous connections make this area extremely convenient and usable for any type of stay, be it business or pleasure; in particular, from the apartment it is easy to reach various points of interest by public transport, including:  
\- Fieramilanocity, the most important exhibition and conference center at a national level and one of the largest at an international level;  
\- Corso Sempione, which hosts numerous restaurants and aperitif venues and is home to the Arco della Pace, the famous Milanese triumphal arch from the neoclassical era;

Upon entering, we find the living room equipped with a three-seater French sofa bed, a 50-inch smart TV, and 2 armchairs, with access to the balcony.  
We then find the separate kitchen complete with refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven, dishwasher, microwave, and table for 4 people with access to a second balcony.  
The first bedroom includes a French bed, a large 3-door wardrobe, and a desk with a chair.  
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds with bedside tables, a large 3-door wardrobe, a desk with chair, and has access to a comfortable balcony  
The large bathroom with a window is complete with a hydromassage tub, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.  
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and an ultra-fast internet connection.
