Large and quiet three-room apartment on two floors in the immediate vicinity of Cenisio and Monumentale, very cozy, on the first floor and located in a stately building of recent construction.  
  
  
  
**THE SPACE**  
  
On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with terrace overlooking the courtyard, a sofa bed, Smart TV flat screen, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction plate, Coffee machine pod, refrigerator and everything you need for short and medium stays.  
  
Continuing on the upper floor, we find a large bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, a bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe with two doors, a large bathroom with bathtub

**NEIGHBORHOOD**  
  
The Ghisolfa is a small district that developed in the two post-war years along the railway embankment of the State Railways and the North Railways. Very characteristic is the bridge of Ghisolfa that was finished in 1941 (and enlarged in the nineties)and at the beginning of the sixties was ideally extended along Viale Monteceneri with the construction of an elevated road with four lanes that reaches Piazzale Stuparich.

The apartment is located in a strategic area, a few steps from the Lilla MM5 metro stop, Cenisio stop and several surface means such as Tram 10/12/14 and bus 78/69/91.
