We were greeted upon arrival, taken up to the apartment and shown everything. The apartment is nice, one bedroom, family room with pull out sofa. We were not able to see outside as they were doing construction on the building, bathroom was nice, not much shelf space. Typical for travel in Italy. Overall, its nice and clean and in good location. It was very loud outside at night and I wear ear plugs and still heard it.
