The apartment is in a safe building and in an excellent location!! It was clean, and comfortable. I give it a 4, due to the fact, that we were there for a 4 day stay and only received 1 roll of toilet paper and we were used to this being an included item in previous Vrbo’s. The check in for this one was a little tricky as the place to get the keys is in a totally different area than the building itself. That with mixed WIFI service, we couldn't open up the email they had sent beforehand (which would have been super helpful). I do believe there was an option for the host to meet us onsite, and I would recommend that for future stays. The apartment was great! And the location was perfect for us! It overlooks the courthouse, so you see lots of activity going on, but the location was AMAZING as we could walk to the Duomo, Sforza Castle, Di Vinci Museum all within 10-15 minutes! I always thought it was a shorter walk because of all the things you look at and are distracted by while walking. Our contact was great...we had a question about the AC while we were there and I just texted through VRBO, and they replied within minutes on how to trouble shoot it and it worked perfectly!
