Large and bright studio apartment located on the fourth floor with lift of an Old Milan style building, in the Città Studi area a short distance from the MM2 Piola stop. The approximately 45m2 apartment is located on the fourth floor with lift and is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning. Upon entering you pass two steps and enter the only room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is complete with washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, small fridge with freezer and gas hob. We then find a table for 3 people and an area suitable for work with a desk and two chairs. The sleeping area is equipped with a 4-door wardrobe, a large bookcase, a 2-seat sofa, a TV area with smart TV and a double bed on the mezzanine. A small closet, with cleaning materials completes the sleeping area which also overlooks a small balcony. The apartment is completed by a blind bathroom, equipped with sink, toilet and bathtub.
