Very nice hotel for a quick stay, has everything you would need and staff is amazing and willing to help in anything . Huge grocery store next to it for food and east transportation to metro to get to milano centrale. Location a little dirty and sketchy but we were never bothered by anyone

It was a very clean property and very professional staff. Very convenient and close to a lot of good dining options. The room service and room itself was like a 5 star hotel.

Spacious room with its price. Walkable distance to Metro Station and nearby supermarket. Great room with a great bathroom. All amenities are there. Big screen TV. You will also get a spacious size of balcony as well. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

When we arrived around 15:00 which is 1 hour after the check in time, the room is not ready, we have to leave the luggage at the hotel and carried on without having rested in the room. Staff haven’t provided any solution or compensation. We checked in around 21:00, my bathroom is not clean, a dirty towel has been left on the bathroom counter, hair and water residues everywhere, no toilet paper. When requested toilet paper, the staff entered with their key when I was stuck in the bathroom my husband waiting by the front desk waiting for the toilet paper to be brought to him ( the staff told him to wait) . Bed sheets has obviously stain, even it looks like freshly washed. Not recommend at all, please avoid.

The hotel is 2 blocks from the metro station that takes you to the Duomo and Milano Centrale. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is a small gym and breakfast is available. The building is new and well kept, the staff is very nice and speak English.

Large, clean room with everything you need in it. Very quiet as set back one street from main road - surrounded by lots of amenities, superb huge supermarket just 5 mins walk away which is right next to metro station which gets you into the centre quickly. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Some good, some less good.
I think we were a bit surprised by the size of the room. We booked for 4 adults - generally this has meant if not a suite then at least 4 real beds and enough space. In this case we were quite cramped and 2 of the beds were just cots. The AC in the room was difficult to adjust and meant that we were either very warm or freezing cold - the thermostat was not easy to dial in. There was also a lack of decent in room coffee, only instant was available. That said - the shower was excellent as were the provided toiletries, and the staff was lovely. In the bathroom almost everything was provided and thoughtfully appointed. So a mixed review.

Tbh, it is one of the cleanest hotels, I have a state at. The staff are polite and helpful and I found the area to be very close to the Metro thus making it easier to get on the metro to go around the city. There are few restaurants dotted about as well as a decent supermarket not far from the hotel.

Staff was very helpful. We had the apartment suite and although the furniture looked a bit updated we loved the property as it made us feel like we were living in a traditional Italian house. Location is not in the center of it all but distance is easily walkable. The apartment in itself was clean and comfortable

Absolutely loved my stay here .very well connected with bus and metro station. Jasmine flowers all around hotel . Supermarket is very close. Hotel location is good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious with balcony . It was quite relaxing to be in the hotel after a hectic day . Away from chaos of city but very well connected to it. Worth the price paid. Strongly recommend it.

Small issues
The website states that each room has tea and coffee facilities, which as far as I am aware means that there should be tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the room as well as cups. This was not the case with this hotel, we had to ask for these on a daily basis. The staff would then bring them to the room without any problem but as far as I understand it they should have automatically been left in the room without our having to ask. We were also initially put in a standard room instead of the superior room we had booked. We did not find this out until we queried the tea and coffee facilities. These were only small things but were an irritation during our stay.

Very nice
Awesome hotel a little outside the city center. Very close to subway station, big supermarket, quite few nice restaurants. Good Wifi, very clean and spacious rooms, nice staff and tasty breakfasts. Worth recommendation.

Ok hotel
A good hotel overall, but very poor soundproofing as you will hear every single word of your neighbours. There was a kettle with tea but no coffee provided. Also the desk lamp was too dark to read or work.

New Year in Milano
Weather was excellence and the place very close to subway. Personnel very friendly and helpful. One negative comment - the thickness of the wall, thus the surrounding sounds were dislikable for us.

Will not be returning
Shower kept going from hot to cold non stop. Cleaners threw away some of my personal belongings which they should have never touched. Hotel receptionist made me pay the tax when checked out when i was not told during the check in. What if I had no money left after checking out? Breakfast was disappointing.

very nice stay, helpful staff
no heat until October. 15, and it was 57 degrees F outside in early September, so rather chilly. the shower went from freezing to scalding every 4 seconds, but I figured out to not pull the handle it all the way and it was fine. the airlines has lost all my luggage. they had tooth brush/paste and were very helpful. they offered an umbrella, laundered my clothes every day, and even had my new trousers hemmed by the tailor. super nice staff. must spoke at least some English.

Very nice hotel just outside Milan.
Stayed here with family to tour Milan. It's outside Milan but easy to get to Milan center and you can leave your vehicle in their garage if you have one while you tour Milan. A lot cheaper to stay here than in central Milan and for a very nice property/room.

Nice new property but noisy in the evening.
Great property with clean and comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. Only problem is the noise from the street made it very difficult to sleep at night which was significant.

Nice Hotel with very powerful Aircon.
Has both Cons and Pros Pro's: Nice rooms; very good Wi-Fi; Good air conditioning; Comfortable Bed; Very good staff. Con's: No restaurant during the day( apart from the Breakfast) or dinner the restaurant is open only between 1930-2130; The area around is a residential and hence no commercial activity after 9pm.

Close to metro and superstore
Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast good. Room size good with balconies, bathroom good, only shower slightly smaller. Stayed five nights! Only downside no kettle for coffee or tea, but staff helped overcome this with use of their kettle. Far from centre but had no problems because metro only five min walk which takes you anywhere at 1.50 euros each person, and metro is available all the time. Would definitely stay again.
