It was very clean. Very quiet and easy to get to and from everywhere. Only complaint is they forgot to stock clean bath towels.

They did not have our ready at 4:00 check in time we actually had to wait almost 2 hours to get in to our room. I think that is unacceptable.

Wasn't allowed to check in at 4:00PM, room wasn't ready. heavy construction everywhere . You need to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, then walk across the hotel to another elevator to the 4th floor due to construction. I asked the desk if they could bring up two "to go" boxes from the restaurant for my pizza, they said no. No helpful with anything. Your on your own.

The rooms were nice and clean and it was quiet. Was only disappointed my check in time was 4 and I didn't get checked into a room until 8:30 that evening. Otherwise was an alright trip.

When went to check in room wasn't ready at 4 Staff at the dront desk were very friendly. Got to the room and it smelled like Marijuana really bad. Windows don't open so couldnt let fresh air in the room. Coffee pot had old coffee bag in it. The pool area had used towels everywhere the bedding was very sandpaper feeling.

When we arrived the clerk refused to give us a non smoking room unless we paid for another room. Wouldn’t honor our Expedia reservation. Asked for the manager and he stated he was. Then sold us a room with the same thing we reserved just non smoking. Irritating.

This place is depressing. No energy from the staff. Holy slot machines and old people . The food is avg at best . Also appears to be a half way house also . Rent a cabin and stay away from this place

The elevator was actually scary. The place looked run down and old. With such an awesome casino area it was a shame the hotel was neglected.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The person who checked us in was not. He was not helpful. I asked to have my room near my sister and he said we were on different floors and it was not possible because of the holidays and it being hectic, yet, there didnt seem to be many people there.

We had an enjoyable experience with family and friends. The casino was unusually quiet, but the restaurant was busy. The food was very good and the staff was efficient and very nice.
