Apartment is ideal for the families with children and couples! It is situated in a cozy gated complex "Albamar" in 650m from the beach in Riviera del Sol. There are a children playground, tropical garden, 3 new swimming pools (one for children), a bar-restaurant with coffee, snacks and drinks. On the open garden terrace with a sea view you can enjoy early fresh breakfast, mediterranean dinner or make a BBq party. There are numerous supermarkets, pharmacies, beauty salons, automatic teller machines, restaurants and cafes - everything is in 5 minutes walking. Apartment provides 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen (oven, 4 glass ceramic cooking plates, microwave, steamer, coffee maker, washing machine) and a large living room with double sofa-bed (for two persons). First bedroom has a double bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds with the possibility to put them together and to make a double bed (there is a large comfortable mattress, which can be put above the beds). Children's bed and chair can be provided on an additional request. The terrace has BBQ and furniture (table for 6 people, sun lounger) The terrace has a direct access to an independent garden with flowers and sea view. Apartment places in a very quiet and nice area with lots of flowers, gardens and 3 pools. Far from the noisy discos and at the same time in 7 min walking from the beach and numerous supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants. Parking place for free on the street next to the entrance. On your way to the beach you will find Diana´s Park with birds and animals and facilities for children. Our sand beach is Mijas beach that provides all type of rest and activities. You can relax in beautiful new Max beach Club with delicious cuisine and chill out zone with a pool. Or you can test local autentic tapas and "Vino tinto de verano" in Chiringuito El Juncal. You can have a sun on the sunbed with umbrella ( together 6 eur per day) or walk on the new beautiful beach boulevard along pine trees and picturesque rocks protruding from the sea. If you want to visit the most famous places, it will be very easy and comfortable, thanks to great location of Apartment - only 15 min by car from Marbella, 20 minutes driving from Tivoli world, Dolphinarium, Biopark, Park of butterflies, Buddhist Stupa with panoramic view point, many Golf resorts 35 min from Malaga Airport. Great property which had everything we needed !! Ground floor with a patio looking out to the ocean ,we spent every evening enjoying the beautiful view sipping delicious Spanish wine . There were 5 of us and we found it ok space wise . We had plenty towels and also plenty bedding .Yuliya was very kind and was at the end of the phone whenever we needed anything , nothing was too much bother for her . Internet was a plus and essential for us as we had 3 teenagers !! The kitchen was small but had everything we needed . There are 3 swimming pools in the complex which were fantastic! The smallest one was quite close which was just along the path and up a flight of steps .one thing to bear in mind is that although the beach is quite close its a steep walk down the hill , ok on the way down but can be challenging on the way back up ,as we didn't have a car we found the walk back up with shopping quite a challenge .there are 2 good supermarket s down at the bottom of the hill and there is a wee supermarket at the top of the hill which has everything you need .Yuilya gave us a delicious bottle of wine , chocolate and 2 bottles of water on arrival , we thought that was very kind !!!!
