Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.). If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7\. We look forward to welcoming you! Check-in to this property is between 3pm and 11pm via a personal Meet & Greet service. Please do let us know if your check-in time will be after 8pm as an additional charge will apply. Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. CHILDREN'S POOL Please note that, as of August 2025, the children's pool is out of action due to maintenance problems. It is expected to be out of action throughout the peak summer season of 2025\. We apologise for any inconvenience. ADDITIONAL EXTRAS Pool/beach towels are available to rent at an additional cost upon request at the time of booking. For longer bookings, a mid-stay clean & linen change can be provided upon request. An additional cost is chargeable. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
