This beautiful five bedroom villa is located on the outskirts of La Cala de Mijas town and looks over the golf course. Just a ten minute walk will take you into the heart of La Cala, where you can enjoy the many bars, restaurants, shops and beach. The nearest supermarket and bars/restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The villa benefits from a private pool and has secure parking for up to three cars. There is a wrap around terrace on the ground floor and also upper and lower terraces areas. There is hot & cold vented aircon throughout and free WIFI.

For the kids and the big kids Table Tennis is available.



This impressive villa is arranged over 3 floors and is tastefully furnished throughout. On entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan living space which includes a dining, lounge and kitchen area. The lounge is furnished with a large L shaped sofa, a 50¨smart TV with option for UK channels and has access directly onto the front terrace. The dining area is furnished with a large dining seating area and also has access onto the front terrace. This level also benefits from a WC. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, a washer/dryer, a wine fridge and has access directly onto the side terrace, which benefits from a large gas BBQ which includes a sink and fridge. The front terrace area looks over the pool and golf course and benefits from dining and lounge seating areas.



The first three bedrooms can be found on the first, all having access to a private terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed and the third benefits from twin beds(There is a super king size mattress topper so the beds can be made as a super king if required). All three bedrooms have 32¨smart TV's, ample fitted wardrobe space and an en suite shower room.



On the lower level of the villa are a further two bedrooms and a lounge area. This lounge area is also furnished with a large L shaped sofa and benefits from an 85¨smart TV. There is also a seating area with a table and high stools. The fourth bedroom has a super king size bed and the fifth bedroom has twin beds. Both these bedroom have 32¨ smart TV's, ample wardrobe space and have access to a shared guest bathroom, fitted with a bath with a shower attachment and also a separate walk in shower.

The lower level terrace and pool area are accessed by steps from the ground level front terrace. Sunbeds by the pool can be enjoyed, along with the lounge seating area and day bed.

Great villa

we stayed here in may 25, very nice villa well equipped with great outlook over the golf course,very quiet and peaceful,also in a great location within walking distance to la Cala,we will be coming back

Luxury Villa in a great location

Fantastic to find such a great villa with a pool that was a really easy flat walk to La Cala. Key pick up was simple. It is brand new with great appliances etc. It took some working out how to get the built in audio system to work which was great on the patio. I would add that to the guide book. Would have appreciated more pillows. Other than that though everything was perfect. Great mix of outside furniture and being able to have an easy 10 min walk into town was the best.
