### Luxury apartment with seaviews

This is spacious apartment is located within a luxury, gated urbanisation. There is a beautiful communal pool, open all year with sunloungers. The large outdoor jacuzzi in the pool area is heated all year round, so it´s fantastic in winter.  
There is air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment, and the free parking space belongs to the property and is located in a secure underground garage.   
  
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing area with large wardrobe space, en-suite bathroom and large king bed. The seond bedroom has a double bedroom and access to a small privat balcony. Both have room darkening/blackout shades.  
  
The bathrooms are premium and modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, including tea and coffee  
  
The living area has floor to ceiling terrace doors. The doors are bi-folding, so they can be totally folded back to open up the entire room to the terrace. Outside there is a large lounge-style seating area, as well as a dining area, with lovely sea views, and views over the resort and beyond. The large outdoor jacuzzi in the pool area is heated all year round, so it´s fantastic in winter.  
  
There is air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment, to guarantee your comfort all year round, and the free parking space belongs to the property and is located in a secure underground garage  
  
This brand new, luxury apartment is located just a few minutes' walk to the beach and countless restaurants, bars & activities in La Cala de Mijas. It's furnished to an exceptional standard, with premium finishings throughout and comfortable beds. It has heating, air conditioning and there is high speed Wi-Fi, which is ideal for working too.
