La Cala de Mijas, a former fishing village, retains its charm and is perfect for both golf enthusiasts and beach lovers. Four golf courses are nearby, while miles of beaches stretch to Marbella, just 20 minutes away. Located in Jardin Botanico, the apartment is a 5-minute drive from La Cala's center with shops, restaurants, and beaches. This bright, modern, well-furnished property features ducted air conditioning, lift access, and easy street parking. The apartment includes a spacious lounge/diner with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a dining table for six. Patio doors open to a large terrace overlooking communal gardens and a pool, with outdoor dining furniture. There are two bedrooms: the master with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and Juliette balcony; and a second twin bedroom with a walk-in shower. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and a utility room houses the washing machine. The gated community offers a large pool, gardens, a children’s play area, and sea views.
