Luxury 4 person vacation apartment with sea views for a wonderful beach or golf holiday in La Cala, South Spain This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the luxury Ipanema development in La Cala de Mijas.The development is situated in a quiet area just 4km from the former fishing village of La Cala and the beach. The complex has a beautiful garden with communal swimming pool, heated indoor pool, gymnasium, Turkish steam bath and sauna. From the apartment you can enjoy beautiful views of the valley, the mountains of Mijas and the Mediterranean Sea. The newly built apartment is furnished in a modern style and equipped with all comforts. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with seating area, a desk/workstation with two screens and a modern open plan kitchen with breakfast barbar with four bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. From the living room, sliding doors open onto a covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and a dining table with 4 chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy views of the valley, the sea and the mountains of Mijas. The Ipanema complex is not a tourist resort, but a residential complex with apartments for permanent residence, some of which are also used as holiday homes. Tenants/visitors should respect the rules of silence both in the apartment and in all common areas.
