Our cozy studio apartment (CALA ARENA), with its 27m2 located on the ground floor, has a double bed of 1.35m x 1.90m, a closet, a bathroom with a separate shower, a sink outside the bathroom incorporated into the common area so it can be used at any time, a fully equipped kitchen, open and integrated into the living room where we find a sofa bed of 1.06m x 1.80m that can accommodate up to two children with a height of around 1.50m of slim or medium build to ensure greater comfort. Its use is not recommended for two adults or larger children. A 0.60m square dining table seats four, and an internal patio with a small pool measuring approximately 1.90m x 1.30m x 0.60m deep for two people (children under adult supervision), perfect for enjoying the Andalusian climate (it adjoins the patio of our other studio, Cala Azul, separated by a fence for visual privacy). It also has hot/cold air conditioning, a washing machine, a 100-liter water heater, a television, and internet access. Quality double-glazed doors ensure a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. On the roof of the building (second floor) you can access a common outdoor terrace.
