Beautiful large townhouse with air conditioning and an amazing sea view
This spacious 3 bedroom.2 bathroom air conditioned town house has recently been totally renovated . The house has great views from the terraces across the mature gardens to the Mediterranean sea beyond.
The accommodation comprises of a large open plan kitchen , lounge and dining area opening on to a spacious terrace with barbecue facilities . There are 3 large bedrooms each with fitted built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a super king bed , and opens out on to a large terrace with views overlooking the gardens and the sea . The second bedroom has twin beds and opens out on to a terrace overlooking the front of the house . The third bedroom has twin beds and is on the ground floor .There are 2 brand new fitted bathrooms one located on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The accommodation has Wi fi , TV with English, videos and board games.
The house is set in award winning gardens and steps from the terrace lead down to a large swimming pool.
I have set the rental rate at a fixed price for the convenience of the home away site, but this is negotiable, depending on the number of guests and what part of the month you would like to travel. The rates quoted are for 2 adults and 2 children. Please contact me before booking to confirm the final price. Changeover days are flexible.The rates are per week and and include linen,towels ,reasonable electricity /water usage. For a small charge we also can provide cot, buggy and high chair hire. Usually there is a £10 per night addition for an extra adult, but again this is negotiable.
We require a 25%deposit to secure the booking and the balance is payable 45days before departure.i
Please note that personal insurance is the responsibility of the person making the booking
There will be a breakage deposit of £250 on the rental of the property. This will be returned after the final clean. All damages and breakages are to be reported.
Where are we: Sitio de Calahonda
Sightseeing: The house is centrally located and sightseeing is simple. It is within easy reach Malaga Granada Seville Gibraltar and the famous rock monkeys. Dolphin watch cruises are available from Gibraltar as well as the chance to explore many small villages such as Mijas, Caseras, Guachin and Benhavi or take a trip to Ronda or nearby Puetro Banus.
For the active holiday maker every sport imaginable is available within a short distance, even snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada – an easy 2 hour drive from the house. We are in the heart of the Costa de golf with more than 30 courses within easy reach. We can give clients as much help as they require to sort out activities and they are bookable locally.
Family fun and adventure: Family fun visit the aqua park Fuengirola, Tivoli Amusement park, Benalmadina Marine adventure, Selwo Wildlife Safari park and many more.

#### Perfect stay in the sun!
We’ve just come home from a wonderful 10 night stay at this fantastic property. The set up was ideal for my family with two teenagers who need their own space. The location was perfect for us near restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The nearby towns and Mijas Pueblo are also well worth a visit. The pool was lovely and we sometimes had that to ourselves! Communication with Bev was great so there were never any issues. All in all a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend

#### Nice town house
Very comfortable for 4 of us with 3 bedrooms. I think there are 10 resteraunts/bar with 5 min walking! 3 we have been are all very good. We drove to Ronda for a day trip, about one hour drive. The view to the sea is really nice. Walking to the beach is possible but a bit far so we drove 5 min. One small complaint is that I would expect shampoo and body soap in both bathrooms. Last thing, make sure you type in the address details given directly by the host, we pressed vrbo direction button and went to a complete wrong place. Overall we really enjoyed staying here.

Dejligt område ,stille og roligt ,fint hus ,der fungerer ok .Men vi manglede en aircondition ,det var meget varmt om natten,selv om der var blæsere .Køleskab i entreen det har vi ikke set før.Nemt til indkøb og strand ,men ikke så gode parkerings forhold til en bil .

This is a lovely house, it was clean and the owner was really helpful, it had everything you could want. Only comment I would make is we struggled to find it even with a sat nav so a bit more info would have been helpful and you need a car if you couldn’t walk far. But we loved it thank you

#### Calahonda Stay at Monte Paraiso
The initial booking process was easy and stress free with good communication with the owner. The property is clean, spacious and is a lovely quite residential spot not far away from shops and the excellent LIDL supermarket. The pool was lovely and clean with us pretty much having it to ourselves for the whole week. The rooms are spacious and clean with beach towels laid out on each of the beds, which is a nice touch. There is a large patio area which can easily sit 7 people along with a 1st rate gas BBQ which was used almost everyday. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

#### Great base for a family break!
A well-equipped, spacious and friendly house, with access to a pool - a great bonus for holidaymakers, especially those with kids. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds comfortable; bathrooms clean, well-decorated and provided with ample towels. The kitchen area, although slightly on the small side if more than two are cooking, nevertheless is more than adequate for all meal provision. Bev, the owner, is friendly and communicative, answering all questions and requests I made both promptly and efficiently. Slight downside, I suppose, for any guests with mobility issues is the location of the property at the top of a fairly steep climb up from the beach - although to be fair there are plenty of bar stops along the way! Summary - a lovely property for our particular party, which made for a very enjoyable holiday.

Property set in quiet area but within easy walking distance of restaurants & supermarket. Pool is shared but we pretty much had it to ourselves most days , great wifi ( essential for kids lol ) . Owner was great , good communication throughout and very helpful and gave lots of info & recommendations of things to do / places to eat etc .

#### Beautiful Views
I have just returned from our stay in Calahonda Spain where we stayed in this lovely 3 bedroom holiday home. The property was fully equip with almost everything your could possibly need. The only downside was the lack of sun loungers, I made do with the patio dining chairs but would have preferred a lounger. As for the house, it was very clean and set in a beautiful location, set back from the high street with breath taking views of the sea and pool. The owner sent me excellent instructions on how to find and access the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I would definitely recommend this property. Be warned though, if you have any issues with walking steep hills, you may want to consider renting transport. Thank you Cheryl Vandersluys
