31 MIJAS PLAYA CLUB TOWNHOUSE LA CALA:
CTC-2022156357 Beautiful townhouse in the hugely popular complex of Mijas Playa Club. With two community pools,tennis available with previous reservation and in front of the main beach in La Cala, it is a firm favourite with generation after generation of visitors. This community is one of the most sought after as it is close to all services without the need of a car, the houses all have front and back terrace, as well as solarium and are so central.
Comfortably furnished and well equipped for a self- catering stay, you are just steps away from the beach and the pools.
It is a two storey house with living room, kitchen and cloakroom downstairs. Upstairs you find 3 bedrooms each with a balcony, as well two shower rooms. On the top floor there is a pull out bed that is fixed to the wall. The front of the house has a terrace and garden area that are very private with its well kept gardens. The two communal swimming pools can be reached by clearly marked paths.
The house is fully air conditioned throughout, with a very spacious lounge/dining room with two sofas, TV, and the
kitchen is independent, modernised, fully equipped including oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.

To get to Mijas Playa Club you can get the train from Malaga Airport to the last stop at Fuengirola and from Fuengirola get a taxi or the buss (route M-220 Fuengirola to Marbella).

There are a huge amount of fantastic places to eat and drink in La Cala, from beach bars to the bars next to Mijas Playa Club, all along the boulevard, as well as Olivia´s and El Olive or La Pergola for a more special meal.
Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
