The villa is bright and sunny, and has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a terrace to sit in the sun and enjoy the view of the Mediterranean, as well as a small garden and a private parking space. Entirely on one level, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen integrated into the living space, with direct access to the pool area through a large sliding bay window. It was completely renovated and decorated in 2023 with taste, and in a contemporary style, with 3 good-sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one with Italian shower and the other in the master suite with shower and bath. Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay ! La Cala de Mijas is one of the favorite destinations on the Costa del Sol, offering everything you could wish for, such as typical restaurants as well as international ones, supermarkets, pretty cobbled streets and a promenade along the beach that stretches for miles. Perfect if you want to forget about the car during your entire stay! A lovely spot only a short walk down the hill to the nearest supermarket and main resort. We had a very relaxing week, the air conditioning and pool were perfect for the hot weather. Kitchen well equipped. Villa clean and spacious and the outside area was great, with the top patio a great addition. Easy contact on WhatsApp, if we needed anything. Maybe a more detailed pack on how to use the filter tap, tv, air con etc. Servane talked us through it, but might be good to have step by step instructions.
