There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants 1.7km away and Miraflores tennis club is 2.5km away. The secure gated complex benefits from a communal pool. The apartment offers a covered parking space, free WIFI and is fitted with shutters and aircon units in the lounge and bedrooms.  
  
  
  
This apartment is located on the second floor with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The living space offers a dining seating area and the lounge area is furnished with a sofa, an armchair and a smart TV.
