You will be staying in a modern and stylishly furnished 3-room apartment spanning 72 square meters on the upper ground floor. The living space comprises an entrance hall, a large kitchen-living room, two double bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The kitchen-living room features an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a double sofa bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a dining table, and a satellite TV with a flat screen and electric shutters. Both double bedrooms are equipped with satellite TVs with flat screens, and one of them has access to the balcony. The apartment boasts parquet floors throughout.

The apartment is well-equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It features a washing machine, a dishwasher, and wheelchair accessibility.
