Der Check-in war mit >2,5h Wartezeit in der endlosen Schlange eine reinste Katastrophe. Die 2 Rezeptionisten waren total überfordert und aufgrund wachsender Unzufriedenheit der Gäste sehr patzig. Abendessen bis Max. 18:30 ist zu knapp, vor allem am Anreisetag, da Check-in erst ab 16 Uhr möglich. Die Auswahl und der Geschmack gleichen eher dem einer Kantine. Frühstück war nicht der Hit, jedoch ok. Das Apartment war modern und geräumig. Abgesehen von der versifften, halbherzig bezogenen Matratze war es auch sauber. Schwimmbad ist nett, dennoch nicht zu vergleichen mit Aquadom oder Lalandia. Das Gym war für mich der einzige Ort für die volle Punktzahl. Zusammengefasst war unser Aufenthalt okay, jedoch buchen wir es sicherlich nicht nochmal. Es fehlen Ablagen in der Dusche für Hygieneprodukte, so das man diese auf den Boden stellen muss. Beim Essen fehlen Servietten auf den Tischen, gerade mit kleineren Kindern ist es komfortabler. Es gibt eine Menge Angebote für die Kinder, die zum Teil kostenpflichtig sind. Gerade der Aquapark ist nicht inkludiert. Des Weiteren erfolgt kein Handtuch Austausch und muss ein Tag vorher angemeldet werden. Bei uns war lediglich ein Duschtuch und zwei Handtücher vorhanden. Die Betten sind bereits durchgelegen und der Topper rutscht extrem vom Bett. Was uns jedochvgestört hat, dass alles extra kostet und man schon einiges für Betätigungen wie schwimmen, parken, spielen und Ähnliches extra kostet. Der Wasserspielplatz hat den Kindern sehr gefallen. Wenn man mit dem Pkw im Resort angekommen ist, braucht man kein Pkw mehr, (Garage ist vorhanden ist aber etwas zu teuer) alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Pizza, Döner Kebab (an der Seebrücke),Eis und Pfannkuchen ,wenn man außerhalb essen gehen möchte. Die Lage ist super, Ausflugziele in der Umgebung sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und modern mit kleinen Mängeln (z.B. Waage ohne Batterie, defektes Kartenfach). Die Parkgebühren ist sehr hoch und auch der Eintritt in den Wasserpark ist viel zu hoch (60€ für zwei Stunden mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind). Die Buffetauswahl ist leider nicht sehr vielseitig, es ist sehr laut im Restaurant und die Servicekräfte kommen mit dem Tische Abräumen nicht hinterher. Der Außenpool und der Wasserspielplatz waren im August (!) geschlossen. ##### Peggy Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### Elham Aug 26, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities Wir waren vom 20.08\. bis 25.08\. mit unserem 2-jährigen Sohn in diesem Hotel. 1\. Das Wasser im Hotelpool war extrem kalt. Es war so kalt, dass viele Gäste sagten, sie würden lieber nicht schwimmen gehen. Für ein Familienhotel, das auch für Kinder geeignet sein soll, ist es wirklich schade. Wenn die Außentemperatur nur 14–15 Grad beträgt, sollte das Poolwasser nicht so kalt sein, dass Kinder zittern und kaum schwimmen können. Leider hat sich unser Kind dadurch erkältet. 2\. Die Matratze war stark verschmutzt (Blutflecken), und auf dem frischen Bettlaken, das wir beim Check-in vorgefunden haben, waren viele Haare – ich habe sogar Fotos davon gemacht. Mein Tipp: Wer hier übernachtet, sollte besser eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen. Ein großes Problem ist außerdem, dass das Zimmer nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt wird. In unserem Fall kam aber auch nach 4 Tagen niemand zum Saubermachen. 3\. Das Frühstück kostet 25 € pro Person und auch das Abendessen 25 €. Das Buffet war diesen Preis absolut nicht wert. Für uns zwei Erwachsene wären das 100 € pro Tag nur für Frühstück und Abendessen gewesen – viel zu teuer für ein Familienhotel. Zum Strand sind es allerdings etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß – der Hinweis auf einen eigenen Strandzugang klingt etwas missverständlich, da der Strand nicht direkt am Hotel liegt. Die Zimmer werden nur nach Anmeldung an der Rezeption gereinigt, was ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß finde. Zudem gibt es viele Zusatzkosten, z. B. für den Parkplatz, der sehr teuer ist. Die Anlage ist recht weitläufig und anfangs etwas unübersichtlich – man braucht mindestens einen Tag, um sich zurechtzufinden. Vi havde valgt dette hotel grundet reklame for vandland, men da vi kommer frem viser det sig vandlandet ikke er færdig bygget endnu, og først er klar i sept. Dette var selvfølgelig en stor skuffelse. Derudover var svømmehallen en meget lille pool, og alt for småt i vores øjne til et hotel i den størrelse. Som om der generelt var for mange mennesker ift. hvad fælles faciliteterne kunne bære. Man kunne slet ikke være i poolen, da der ikke var plads. Max plads til 20 personer ad gangen hvis man ikke skal ramme hinanden i vandet. Og det er nok for højt sat. Vi havde tilkøbt morgenmad. Her var akustikken forfærdelig ift. de mange mennesker. Der var utrolig meget larm, og slet ikke afslappende som ferie. Børn i alle aldre forsynede sig i morgenmadsbuffetten, hvilket ikke er særlig hygiejnisk. Æg og bacon var slet ikke ordentlig tilberedt og meget uappetitlig, Wifi virkede heller ikke aldrig som der ellers stod både var tilgængeligt i fælles områder og på værelserne. Tv’et på værelset virkede heller ikke. Et pænt hotel og tydeligt det var nyt. Men helt klart mest egnet til småbørnsfamilier. Man muss aber Wartezeit und Gedrängel in Kauf nehmen. Kindereinrichtung waren klasse. Parken kostet 80zt pro Nacht im Parkhaus! Das Parkhaus war bei uns komplett ausgebucht.
