The Space:  
We kindly inform you that a new building is currently under construction on the premises, which may cause some noise. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we are doing our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope that despite these circumstances, you will enjoy your visit.   
  
This elegant apartment has one bedroom and is designed for four people. It has a furnished balcony that can be accessed from the living room. The availability of a table and two outdoor chairs makes it possible for guests to drink their morning coffee and relax during the day in a pleasant atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, as well as a capacious closet in which to store clothes or other small items brought in. In the living room, there is a blue two-seater sofa and a table, which allows you to comfortably work remotely, as well as eat snacks while watching satellite television. The room also has a dining table with chairs and a functionally arranged kitchenette. A coffee machine, microwave and induction hob take care of the ability to prepare meals simply and quickly. A built-in washing machine is also available here. The bathroom includes a shower, a welcome toiletries set, a hairdryer and towels. The subdued décor, which is dominated by light tones, makes it ideal for those who appreciate stylish and modern, yet cozy interiors.

The apartment is located in the heart of Międzyzdroje, within the modern “Bel Mare” complex on Nowomyśliwska Street – a place that perfectly combines the convenience of a central location with the calm atmosphere of a seaside retreat. The latest addition is a modern water park, which can be used in accordance with the price list.Just 300 meters away, you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches on the Polish coast, ideal for sunbathing and morning walks along the shore. A few minutes further, the lively Promenade of Stars (0.7 km) invites you to explore its vibrant atmosphere, lined with restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops. From there, it’s only a short stroll to the Międzyzdroje Pier (0.8 km), offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea and surrounding cliffs. Families will enjoy nearby attractions such as the Międzyzdroje Oceanarium (0.7 km) and the Baltic Miniature Park (0.6 km), a charming spot showcasing famous European landmarks. The area provides a wide range of amenities – within the complex itself you'll find a restaurant, grocery store, ATM, and beauty salon. Nearby, you'll also discover additional shops and bike rentals. Nature lovers can easily reach the Wolin National Park (1.5 km) and the scenic Kawcza Góra viewpoint (1.6 km), perfect for outdoor adventures.
