The only thing is the air conditioner was squeaky the whole time and we were told we had a parking pass for a covered slot but there was no pass in the unit and someone was in the slot the entire time. This Villa was very cozy on a cold winters night. I loved the fireplace and decorations! Beautiful master suite. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, steam rooms, and sauna attached to the Zermatt.
