The only MINOR things to be aware of: Off a busy street & in the back of another, so a little harder to see Water pressure: fine for us older folk, a little too hard for the Littles; there were no tub stoppers, so we just used the tub spicket to wash the kids Clothes had some damp spots after drying for an hour ##### Christina T.
