The property is ideally situated only 26 miles to the Arch Rock gates of West Yosemite and 10 miles to downtown Mariposa. We have 2 bedrooms and a loft all with queen beds. Each room is comfortable, peaceful, and charming. The living room is spacious and well-stocked with wonderful books, games, puzzles, and a smart television. We also have Wi-Fi and a cozy kitchen stocked with all the essentials including coffee and tea. For easy access, we provide keyless entry but are typically available for questions when needed. We have two homes on the 11-acre property and may occasionally stay at or rent out the other home at the property. It’s located off a main road making it very quiet and peaceful. The town of Mariposa has all the amenities you need, including some great wine tasting and food! The home itself was spacious and clean, with several areas to enjoy including a great balcony off the top floor that is perfect for the morning coffee. The view is lovely and I loved all the manzanita trees, a rare sight outside of this area. The kitchen was functional and laid out well and the bathrooms were updated and modern (the tile was so great).
