Built in 1975, this house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a full kitchen. With hardwood floors , central air conditioning, heating, a large backyard with a patio. Surrounded by neighbors with yards full of personal antiques collected over several years, this house is ideal for anyone who loves the convenience and charm of downtown living. Host offers a discounted cleaning fee on short stays of 2 days or less, with a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. Overall, our stay was pretty good and everything was as listed. However, there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom that made the house smell funky. It seems as though the pipes were not draining right and left a sewage smell at times. There also was not enough paper towels and we ran out quickly. There was plenty of sheets and blankets that were freshly washed, which was nice. The host was very good at communication and that was much appreciated.
