ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport
Staff were all brilliant, a bit of building work going on but didn't affect us. Only negative things were that there was no information in the room on how to control the heating and there were no extra pillows in the room.

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Sauna and pool were nice, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit tired and could do with being updated.
