"Great stay at this property. Loved the room and location. Check-in a problem, as charged the tax for someone else's room, then had to move room, and was given a parking voucher as a refund for wrong tax, but it did not work in the end. Otherwise great hotel and stay - perfect location."

We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado.
